What did I learn?

My Findings

In regard to my research question, I learned how media can play a role in reinforcing preexisting opinions and ideas. I gained knowledge on filter bubbles and echo chambers and how they exist and work on social media. I also learned about the state of our two main parties and how Democrats and Republicans are more polarized than ever before.
In regard to the research process, I learned that it is mostly trial and error. The process is not linear. It is common and almost expected to experience a change of plans or a change in direction. I also began to understand that not all questions will have a definite answer. I found myself wishing I had a clear answer to my research question, but often the best questions are answered with another question.
